Withdrawals on Waltrex allow you to move funds out of your Master Wallet to an external address. To maintain high levels of compliance, security, and traceability, all withdrawals are manually reviewed and processed. This section details how withdrawals work, how fees are charged, and what your system needs to know to integrate effectively.

Withdrawal Fees

Standard Fee Rate: 1.2% per withdrawal

For every withdrawal initiated, a fee of 1.2% of the withdrawn amount is recorded but not deducted immediately from your wallet balance.

Deferred Fee Deduction: Withdrawal fees are accumulated over time. Once the total accrued fee amount reaches 10,000 USDT, the system will deduct this amount from your Master Wallet balance in a single transaction.

In this example, no fees are deducted during the first two withdrawals.

After the third withdrawal, the accumulated fee total exceeds 10,000 USDT, triggering a deduction of the full amount from your wallet balance.

Balance Requirements

Your Master Wallet must maintain enough balance to cover:

The withdrawal amount itself.
Any accumulated withdrawal fees once they reach the 10,000 USDT deduction threshold.

If your balance is too low to cover either, withdrawal requests may be rejected, delayed or place on hold until sufficient funds are available.

All withdrawals are processed manually by our compliance and operations team. This is designed to:

Ensure full AML/KYC compliance
Detect and prevent fraudulent activity
Validate destination addresses

Processing Time

Typical review time: 1-12 hours (may vary based on volume or compliance checks).
You’ll receive webhook notifications for all withdrawal status updates. Additional or personalized notifications will be provided according to the communication preferences agreed upon between you and your Waltrex account representative.
There is no automatic processing of withdrawals. Initiating a withdrawal request places it into a review queue.
