Conversions allow your users to exchange cryptocurrency for fiat currency, with funds settled directly to a registered bank account.
The process involves two steps:
- Request a quote to get the current exchange rate.
- Create an order to lock it in and initiate the conversion: orders lock the quoted rate for up to 5 hours. each order requires a:
- Source wallet: the wallet whose address will be shown to your end user to receive the crypto deposit
- Verified bank account registered in your account.
Once the deposit is received, Waltrex process the conversion.
Sandbox Testing
Crypto-to-fiat conversions should be tested using your sandbox credentials and sandbox wallet addresses.
